"Tonight was probably our 5th dining experience at the Blooming Inn. For the first time, we ate inside. We had a drink at the cozy bar and sat in the dining room by the fire place. We once again found the staff to be warm and engaging. And even more impressed tonight as it was just two servers who were bartending and serving the dining room. Just a great experience each time with service. We had the Brussels tonight which were sweet and savory. A surprising flavor of sweetness that was different and unexpected. My partner had the creole pasta and I had the short ribs. No complaints. Well seasoned. Beautiful plates. We shall return. I saw a piece of cake go to another table and I need that in...

External seats were very nice. The staff was friendly, fast and polite. Food was good, and you should try the Coconut Sangria! My husband loved the seafood pomodoro. I had a shrimp and calf bowl and thought the calf was just the smallest bit overcooked, but overall this was a very good experience.

Eating was wonderful, great atmosphere, but the best part of the experience was the server called HOPE. She was absolutely amazing!!! She was enraged, pleasant, always around when we needed something, and all our wishes were followed. It is a wonderful facility for the facility. Thanks for a nice night.

We enjoy this place. The crowd tends to be older, but I like this fact. The food is great, every time we were, it is consistent. The service is wonderful and very friendly. The decor is what I would call comfortable and reminds me of maybe an old smoker lounge. Dark woods and bricks, warm and welcoming. I recommend this place and look forward to going back.

"I came on Monday at 4 p.m. so natural, the restaurant wasn't busy. The staff was friendly and attentive and the food arrived quickly. The pasta is delicious, well cooked and hearty portions. "The service was very fast. The atmosphere is very welcoming. It's dimly lit to encourage conversation. The menu has very unique flavor combinations (sushi and sashimi options) which drew me to introduce this to my best friend for her Mother's Day lunch. I tried the King Cali and the Peanut Avocado rolls. I was impressed with both, particularly the way the Peanut Avocado turned out. The yellowfin tuna and passion rolls were tried by my best friend and she liked them a lot. They are slightly on the higher end for what we would pay for rolls but we are definitely open to trying this place again. Vegetarian options: They do have rolls that are primarily vegetarian as well as Asian fusion options."

"It was a very busy and noisy Saturday afternoon for the Inn. The service staff was a bit overwhelmed and forgetful. We needed to ask twice for the little bowl of hard stale muffins then had one tossed on our table with no butter. The server brought soup with no spoons then disappeared. "Anyone who gave or gives Trattoria Rosa Bianca a bad rating should just stay at home and cook yourself a meal. Of course you have no idea what you're talking about. As locals, we have passed this place hundreds of times, but that was our first experience to eat there. We gave him 5/5, but if we had it, we would have given it 10/10. Great service, great food; fresh and hot and overall perfect. It has our server on Reggie. Excellent!
