"Third time in a row we stopped in for a late lunch and had no service to extremely poor service. This last visit we waited at door for 10 minutes before a staff member said we would be helped shortly. 3 mins later another one popped up and said she would clean a table for us and disappeared. Saw 4 staff up front on and off during this period, estimated 10 cars in parking lot. We left... not sure what is going on at this location, maybe poor management or lack of training. Kind of sad."

the personal is always welcoming and very helpful. eating is pretty good! especially they love the handcreamed fried chicken with honey butter!

The food is great! I have only had breakfast, here. My favorite is the Southwest Omelette! The best! The service is hit and miss… But I found a waitress who is the greatest and I ask for her all the time, I am there… Her name is Rennatta… She is very friendly and nice.

Made a family order on line. Missing the extra 6 Biscuits that where paid for, order (2) potato soups, it was more like potato and cheese no bacon no green onions and they were cold, my daughter ordered loaded French fries and got about a half hand full of fries no cheese and no bacon. "there were clearly some problems with restaurant management. our server was new, but has made a reasonable job to keep us informed about delays. we ordered drinks and beer that was not available on the menu. I ordered sangria and was served a margarita. I guess that was bar-tender mistake. we waited a very long time for the drinks that are served and then waited for the right drinks again. the bartender was busy chatting with customers who sit at the bar while we waited on our table. 2 of us ordered cloves and were served chickens. when we entered the restaurant, we felt that the problems were in the bar and in the kitchen. as our server told us, he waited while the kitchen to correct our order. but still we did not serve chickens. after our long wait for drinks and then we decided to accept the bun instead of waiting longer for the right meal. the food we got was in order, but the visit was disappointing and we will not be back."

"We haven't been there in awhile, so we had some questions.My sister thought she was ordering a dinner when it was just an appetizer. She asked if it came with a roll she said no, but could order a side breadstick.I asked a question she rolled her eyes, very rude.She was training someone. She needs to have some customers service training, or find a job she likes. The food was good."

"Thank you to the restaurant manager for installing a table for our extra-city guests who were in the Inn last night. We did not make reservations for the 5 of us, but he did it right. As busy as the bar and the restaurant was, our food was delicious and perfectly prepared, our server was friendly and courteous. You visited my friends in Sebring a highlight."

"I have a brain injury which makes dining out very complicated. Fluorescent lighting, ceiling fans, kitchen noises, TVs in all directions, large windows with cars passing by, echoing…these are just some of my triggers. It was very nice to go into Faded Bistro with the calm and relaxing atmosphere, mellow music, windows that open to the gardens, soft lighting, NO TVS, and no kitchen noises. Not to mention the outstanding service, beautiful and delicious food, and that bar! I cannot recommend this restaurant enough. The crab quiche is off the charts and the Havana was more than delicious!"
