First time going to a Bob Evans. Food was good, served hot and fresh, location was close to our hotel. My only complaint was the lack of masks on for people not eating. It was astonishing. Literally ordered all the food and it was really good!

We had dinner here at 6:30 and had a wonderful waiter. He was beautiful, kept our drinks filled, and our food quickly came to the table and was excellent. No complaint. Resturant was clean and staff was great. Only incide t was a worker on the back who spoke a little loud with some really foul language for no reason. Other then this was a very pleasant experience.

We were seated at a table with menu. It was about 10 minutes before are server came to take are order we placed are drink first then are food. Then we sat another 10 minutes then are food came out first and had to ask about are drinks. Are waitress goes oh sorry I forgot. Said she would get them right away. We waited about another 10 to 15 minutes for them a simple cup of coffee and sweet tea. My wife's food was fine but small serving as mine. My steak was over cooked I asked for med rare and I was given med well. My wife and I were already have way done eating are meal by the time we got are drinks. "I ordered The Original Farmers Choice and was disappointed to find that the potatoes were burnt and overcooked. The bacon was also undercooked, although that is a matter of personal preference. The pancakes that came with the meal looked appetizing, but unfortunately, they did not provide any butter, syrup, or even utensils. It is possible that I missed where you are supposed to request forks and such, but it is unacceptable to not receive syrup with my pancakes or the Buttermilk Hotcakes that we ordered. Overall, the experience was poor quality, with no cutlery or syrup provided. I would give this restaurant only a few stars."

"I am fairly new to the area and did not have Red Robins where I lived previously. I have been pleasantly surprised by the level of quality and service found at these restaurants, and this location was no different. The staff was prompt and attentive, the food was of very high quality and cooked correctly to order. There is a full bar and the bar staff was knowledgeable and attentive. Overall, not only would I eat here again, but I would actually PURPOSELY visit. Seems like the perfect place to go to watch a game or visit after work."

"Tonight, this was our visit to pizza in Bowie. What we experienced in the restaurant tonight, before our children under three years of age, was unacceptable. The manager cried his young employees to the customers to make mistakes with orders. While I can understand the frustration of orders that run out and waste incorrectly, I cannot understand that this grown man cries so much to his employees. To make it worse, an elderly woman had a problem with her order. He solved the problem to the manager's credit, but the customer has further processed the point. One argument followed and the woman must have put her hands either in the face or in the face of the manager so that the manager decides to hit the woman's hands and scream, get the F out of my store. At this point, there were more children in the restaurant and customers and this manager screamed further and advised their customers to try to deescalate the situation and staff. He had no attention to dinner, buying customers, potential customers coming or his employees. I'm not trying that the race played a role, but everyone who this manager screamed and disregarded tonight were people of color and good, he wasn't. This is a lamentable behavior and I will never apply this or any other restaurant with three brothers."

"I understand that with inflation everything has gone up. I ordered 15 wings and it was $21.00. They gave me two dipping sauces which may cover 1/2 the wings, thus I asked for another one and they would not give it to me. This is the 3 time the service has been poor and I am not going back. This is the one near Walmart. I will now have to drive a little further and go to the one on 450, the service has alway been better there. It's sad they will loose a customer over a sauce."

"Waited an hour for a table but I was excited to try since I heard great things but it was definitely not worth the wait. Portions were small, nothing compared to the pictures online. Sweet potatoes were cold. Arugula was old and avocado was brown. I do not recommend this place at all and I will definitely not be returning. Edit: My concerns were heard and management reached out to make it known that they appreciated my honest feedback. I am very happy that this company cares about their customers!"
