"12Nov23 The place is nice. The food is not. Red beans and rice was Zatarins box over cooked mush. The apple whatever glaze on the pork loin was not liked by anyone at the table. The brisket sandwich was lacking meat. Disappointed to say the least. It's been a halfway meeting point for me and my family for years. Hadn't been in a while. "I wish I could leave a better review but this place was beyond horrible.. we came in and weren't greeted by nobody and with it being g our first time here we had no idea if we were supposed to just sit or wait to be seated. We had to go to the cashier to ask. The food is terrible, no seasoning what so ever and it was cold.. everything was kind of mushy. The sweet tea tasted like mold.. just an over all horrible buffet. Never coming back.. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1"

"A couple of days ago me and my son went here, just passing through on our way back home to Jacksonville, NC I'm not a regular, anyway the food was hot which was the only saving grace. The service was poor and the place was dirty underneath our table was a fork. We were debating whether or not to leave but like I said before I took a bite of my food and it was hot. Me and my son are very good tippers but that's for good service, not for people pretending not to speak or understand English and not for servers who don't know how to speak.. That's just rude."
