I informed the staff of my dietary needs and they were very accommodating in ensuring that my steak and food were kept separate from any of the aforementioned ingredients. While there are items on the buffet that I can eat, I must be cautious as ultimately the responsibility lies with me, not the restaurant. My Sirloin Steak was perfectly cooked, the buffet was well kept, and when they were on a little low, at my next round it was hot and freshly steamed. The waitress was amazing and helped us to make the best decisions with our indecision haha.
