When we arrived, our online order was not fulfilled, they were out of turkey, chicken, Mashed Potatoes, stuffing, and had one scoop of mac and cheese left, and one serving of Broccoli left. We ordered over $70 worth of food and none of it was available. They only had sweet potatoes, the limited Broccoli and Mac and cheese, and meat loaf. I was told I had to talk to corporate to get a refund because they don 't control online ordering. Once I called corporate, I was told it would take 7-10 days to get a response and they will have to see if a refund can be issued. Placed online order, when I arrived to pick it up they acted like they had no knowledge of the order. When they verified they did have the order they said they couldn’t fill it because they didn’t have mashed potatoes, chicken soup, hot Nashville chicken , WTH? They filled my order with all the stale leftovers they had in the hot tray, terrible spinach and salty mac n cheese. Sorry I paid up front.. never again! Service: Take out

Went to this place this afternoon. Worker was maybe trying to be helpful but it came across as being pushy about what I could and couldn 't order. He said they were out of mashed potatoes and corn. All they had was nasty spinach, soup, and a couple other things I don 't remember. I told him forget it, and left. I wondered if it was because I looked young, but reading these reviews the pressuring people to order certain food and no sides thing seems to be a constant problem.
