"braddock rebellion is a particularly beautiful choice when combined with activities in the city. we went there 5 or 6 times a year when we visit pittsburgh public theatre. we ask for me to be our server and have met them in the course of the years, offering absolute first price service with a welcome personal touch. we are always disappointed if they don't work in the night of our dinner."

we were able to reserve a table for 4 the night of a heinz hall performance, which was surprising given the location, service, ambiente and service. we recommend this restaurant and hope that our recommendation does not allow too much to be completed. it's a good secret.

Overall it was ok. Personally, I wouldâve rather had a chicken burger from a fast food restaurant than the one I ordered from this restaurant. It was very oily and not much flavor. Also, their Cinnabon Cheesecake was average. I tasted more Cinnabon than cheesecake. The onion soup was very good and so was the Pepsi.

"Riley, our server, and Kara (hope I have your name correct), who was manning the host position, were on top of everything; accommodating and thoughtful. From Riley’s knowledge of the menu and kitchen to Kara maneuvering our reservation (we were driving, our ETA in flux), they made our evening! Along with…original drinks, I had the Garden Variety, a smooth celery tequila, mezcal and Cointreau concoction, which was perfection with my dinner of scrumptious starters. Order the Smoked Trout, if you love labneh…yum! Billy’s entree, a mouth-watering Pan Fried Walleye Pike with Merlot beans, rice cakes and braised collard greens left little room for dessert. Yet…we ordered the Crème Fraiche Panna Cotta with Rhubarb glaze and dollop of Chantilly cream, melt-on-your-tongue tangy, sweet and light, with no regrets. 40 North, with your cozy bookshop backdrop, sparkly bar (and bartenders, shout out to Josh you know how to mesmerize and sate both eye and appetite. Besides, you had us at (hello your whimsical retro salt and pepper shakers. First time, surely not our last!"

"to start with, they must show their Kovid vaccine card to get to the restaurant. the personal was extraordinary as all the dishes we had. this is probably the best dinner we had in pitsburgh, since we were here 18 months ago, and we tried many restaurants. all appetizers were well executed. the evening dinners were also exceptional. we tried all desserts and they were also excellent. this is definitely worth a visit."

"I and my friend wanted to take a quick bite before we continue our adventurous through pittsburgh and this on the spot. it was sooo freak in good haha. we have two of the most popular items on the menu, one had beef and the other was veggie. they made them fast and we were on the way after we had knocked them down. the only part was the price was a little high, but it seems as if the recurring thema today."

"A fantastic restaurant, though I fear I've ruined myself, as this was the first time I'd had pho and I'm worried other places wont be able to compare. I was hiking around in the cold drizzle and the hearty broth did a great job warming me up. Even without the hoison sauce or sriracha, the flavor was great, which simply magnified the flavor."
