"Decent Diner Prices New Owners, New Menu some new Waitresses August 2022 I was excited to try this diner out again since I heard they recently had new owners and was pleasantly surprised compared to previous visits. Waitress today was also new and although she is still learning the menu she was very nice pleasant. Diner looks the same on the inside but a lot of new staff and the menu is completely new. Tried a burger today and the cook did a good job! Medium well just like I asked for and it tasted pretty good too. My friend had a wrap with grilled chicken and that was also pretty good. I’ll be happy to go again another time."

Food was very good, our server Tyler was awesome. The only problem was the wait. Their were 5 of us and instead of just adding a chair to a four top they say several parties of 4 ahead of us. I had to suggest adding a chair.

I have been going here regularly for the past year and am beyond satisfied every time I go. The food is fresh, tasty, and well prepared. The owners are extremely inviting and are creating a wonderful atmosphere. The florentine omelette is a staple for me, always delicious. The burgers are delicious and the specialty salads and soups never disappoint. Great place, and I look forward to every time I stop by.

This place has gone down hill since the new owners took over. It has a very limited menu, no more corn beef cabbage. The items that made this dinner great to eat sadly they are no more. The staff are not that friendly a lit of times the order comes out wrong. The plates of food are not dressed properly. A hamburger just comes out a hamber on a bun, NO lettuce, no tomato, no pickles no cold slaw. All these items are supposed to be on the hamburgers. Would definitely not go back here again. Go to Randolph Dinner instead . Food is better a nicer wait staff.

"I am a “normal” here when I travel for work. I love this place absolutely. The food, drinks, the atmosphere (especially outside and in the bar! . I was literally never disappointed and this is a LOT because I am a huge foodie! If you have a chance to have a drink and a couple of food with Danita please make an effort! She's just wonderful and just so sweet a friendly bartender! Definitely a breath of fresh air. "We had a wonderful late lunch here after shopping! What a great idea that was! We were fortunate to have the best waitress EVER Cyndi! She was so attentive, prompt and light hearted. "First time coming here with friends in a while. We were all hungry and ready to have a good time. We get seated in a cramped section, our drink order is taken fairly quickly but from there, it all went downhill. Our drinks took over 10 minutes to arrive, only one alcoholic beverage, the rest were fountain drinks. The server put down the tray with drinks on it and walked away. We removed the drinks ourselves and shortly after he threw (not an exaggeration) legitimately threw straws on the table and said he would be back shortly. 8 minutes go by, we’ve been sitting here for nearly 20 minutes and no food order taken. At this point we decided to cut our loses and just pay for drinks. The server acted confused but as I observed, clearly treated other patrons with slightly more respect. We went to the diner down the road and the customer service was immediately better than this Applebees. I’d avoid"

"I discovered this hidden gem last year when searching for a new dining experience, and my kids and I have been returning every month since. The food is fantastic, the ambiance is lovely, and the service is excellent. I can't stop thinking about their delicious sizzling salmon casserole. "When you pull up to the place it really doesn't look like much. It looks like a ramshackle little building that appears as if it's been around for the last 60-70 years. The inside looks very dated and the bathrooms are incredibly small and at least the men's room smelled so much like a mildewy basement you could taste it. However, aside from the atmosphere of the place the service was great. Our server was very attentive and extremely polite and was by far one of best servers I have had in a very long time. Most importantly, the food is simply delicious. Our party had multiple spaghetti based dishes the best of which being the chicken francaise which was incredible. On the other end of the spectrum, my dish being the chicken parmesan was certainly good but wasn't anything to write home about. The chicken was great but the red sauce was a little too watery for my liking and didn't have a lot of flavor beyond just tomato paste. If you're looking for a nicer up-scale dining experience this is not the place for you but if you're willing to dive into a possibly sketchy looking local place what you'll find is a little small town, family owned, hole in the wall Italian restaurant with some great Italian food and you won't be disappointed."
