"It was our first time at Buffalo Wild Wings. My husband and I will not return. We waited 45 minutes for a medium sized plate of boneless wings that were cold. I was served a big bowl of MOSTLY salad greens with a COLD TINY chicken breast SPRINKLED with a SMALL handful of red peppers, cucumbers, and tomatoes. There was very little cheese and the garlic bread was cold and tasted like toast. Very disappointing. Sadly, the restaurant was only half full, and we were both surprised at the wait time and the quality of our meal."

Do not bother to make a reservation. When we showed up and said we had a reservation, the hostess told me that this location doesn't take reservations and isn't connected to the open table system. We were seated immediately. The restaurant was half empty (Friday night) and we didn't see a scrap of food for 45 minutes. Food was just ok. Even for this type of restaurant, the experience was not acceptable.
