The food at this restaurant was delicious. I ordered a double cheeseburger with tater tots, and my friend got the chicken strips. Both dishes were excellent and comparable to those at high-quality burger joints.

My experience at this restaurant was terrible. No one took my order at the drive-through, so I had to call the store and place my order. I mentioned I had a coupon, but when I got to the window, they said they were not aware of the coupon and I couldn't use it. I decided to go somewhere else due to the poor customer service. I later returned, and the service was better, but the sandwich I ordered had dried out bread and did not taste good.

I have had multiple experiences of poor customer service from both management and staff at this restaurant. A year ago, I found the food to be not fresh and when I requested to have it remade, the manager initially refused to do so. After persistently asking for a refund, I was eventually given one, but only after continually expressing my dissatisfaction. The situation escalated when the manager threw a drink at me and hit my vehicle. I involved the police and they advised me to press charges, but I ultimately decided not to.
