But I didn't, and she did angrily take the cups back and wiped the outsides. But it seems if there is a spill or the cups are dripping, is it too much to make sure you don't pass it off to the customer...or is it me ?"

Store employs are super rude and don’t care about customer service. All the ladies that work back there have no professionalism and respect.

There are some employees in BK who really try to accommodate the guests in the best way to try and act against the employees who are rude or unprofessional or just a bad day. For anyone who had a sour experience here at Browns Mills BK, you just know that we don't have a business with you, the guest. You, the guest, are appreciated and are the most important aspect in the food industry. The employees carry a pen that reads the guest is king. If you have a bad experience, I encourage you to speak up, there are employees who really care and do their best to correct the wrongs.
