"What had been an overall quality upgrade and much needed improvements, it has come crashing back down here once again. I always order no ice in drink, can't get that right, fries were obviously sitting around far too long, urger on sandwich was barely warm, and apparently a few of the staff had rather long and rough sticks up their a...... well anyhow... and this was 2 times in a row over a 2 week period. if you want poor food quality and attitude this place is all you, if not there are plenty of other places in the area( Wendy's, TB, hell even mcdonalds) that are much better than anything you will get here at this time."

I go thru the drive thru and they always get my beverage wrong for a long time sweettea wasn't available and sometimes when I ask for it I get a unsweetened tea or a Pepsi they offered to give me another drink I just ask them for sugar packetsFood: 3/5

Came here tonight and they were sooo understaffed, but Mikey and Star were phenomenal. Not once did they show their frustration, they handled the crazy line while still keeping a positive attitude, and we really appreciate them busting their butts tonight. Kudos to them!Food: 5/5

"that was our first time here. we had just written 10 miles on the hiking trail in cuyahoga tal national park at an 85° day and saw it. we just searched for a new Asian place to eat and find this place. we had no idea what place it was because he couldn't say from the facade outside. I wish we hadn't seen how we did, but it was what it was, we were hungry and it smelled delicious. this is a very nice, cool, narrower place. we went on 2. juli 2022, so not only was it on the 4th juli weekend, but there were protests in the city, so it was not very crowded. we sat on the bar. the bartender was super nice and excellent at his work and attentive to us. we ordered gaygyoza, singapur nudeln and huh in garlauch, along with three sushi roles. everything was delicious. probably the most tasty meal I had in a long time. my friend also ordered a beer and I got an ice cream. $99, but this is not a place where we would go all the time and we act ourselves. we will definitely go back. it is also about a 50-minute drive from our house to come here, but will not deter me from eating there again."

"I've never been a vegan restaurant, so I came here and looked at the menu and asked the cashier to suggest. they were very friendly and recommend the mushroom melt. So I ordered it with a side of pommes. the mushroom melt lives up to its name; the brot was a beautiful balance between crispy and damp, the mushroom melt toppings added a layer of creamy taste; the patty was rich and fat in texture. very tasty. they even put a cup ketchup in the pommes pocket and my name on the pocket. overall, it was the best sandwich I had all year. comes back."

"This place is amazing. The staff is always on point. Food was cooked perfect! I love the coconut pancakes!!! Had my birthday brunch today and it was amazing!!! I recommend the coconut pancakes or the burger with fried pickles it is also amazing."

"Fresh authentic pizza and spaghetti. We tried the spaghetti Marinara and the tomato, cheese and sausage pizza. The pizza was wonderful, we could not stop eating until we had eaten all the pieces. The pasta can easily serve two people with a medium appetite. I want to visit again to try their salad and baked pasta. But the only reason I gave 4 stars is that they take cash and check only. Although they have an atm booth at the back, it was a bit annoying and there's ofcourse a charge if you use credit card."
