"Party of 8. Arrived between 5:30-6:00. Food order taken quickly. Went downhill from there. Food took a long time to get. Six of us received our food at the same time. One received part of his order (salad chili). His main dish came over half hour later. One lady didn't get her food until everyone else was done and carryout boxes were at the table. Good variety on the menu, cool atmosphere. Service was a bit slow but everyone enjoyed their meals at the table and would come back. great French fries!

As an Onion Ring Snob (as I have been called) I was told to head to Firehouse Bar and Grill and try theirs.I was not expecting this mound of goodness!!!!Now I do like mine a bit thinner but they were very goodThe Buffalo Chicken Wrap with some Loaded Red Potatoes and the Philly Cheese Steak also very goodThis place is owned by local Firefighters .our server Daphne was very attentive!!!Love to Support our First Responders!!!We will be back!!

New to the area and for the last 3 weeks we have been going to Firehouse Bar Grill. Wednesday evening is Family Feud and they also have other game nights. Really looking forward to this being our hometown tavern, as I recently moved from NE Wisconsin and hometown taverns are a staple. The food here is excellent. However service is non existent. We ended up waiting 15 minutes (would have been longer as the a server was going to the table next to ours and I asked if she could send our server). After watching her go to several servers, she finally got someone to come to our table. We ordered two cocktails and an appetizer and after 35 minutes we found our drinks sitting on the bar. "This place was awesome. Great appetizers, salad bar, and delicious sushi. The all you can eat is a great deal. My husband and I walked out stuffed for $64 including alcohol purchases (4 beers and 6 shots) and tip. The staff even encouraged us to order more than we did as it would have been included in the 'all you can eat ' price. Service was fast and sushi rolls were made in record time. "my friend and I went here for the first time to the jubilee a month ago and such a great experience that we became members immediately. Since then we have been back twice: once for brunch (the French toast with Huckleberry Compot was delicious the breakfast brot was super) and again for the absolutely incredible 5-course valentine dinner (oyster, steak tartar, beef tenderloin, scallops, weine paired with any dish....OMG yumm) can not wait to try what else has to offer!"

"Service was mediocre, had to flag the waitress for service. My wife ordered a glass of wine and had to wait 15 minutes for the wine, waitress never offered a 2nd glass of wine, my wife also ordered a steak oscar style which the Oscar was very cold, my son ordered mashed potatoes and were also cold and not creamy at all. The waitress never came to ask how was the food and last, but not least, she came to take a dessert order while we were still eating our entree. All this while the restaurant was not busy at all. I've been in Ruth's Chris all over the states and never service was this bad. We are from out of town and this was our Thanksgiving dinner, which was not pleasant at all."

"When using the touch free ordering, it showed the Vegan Choices as Sold Out. However it was a glitch, and the staff took excellent care w/ my order. I dined in, smaller dining area. Clean, airy, comfortable premises. My Bibimbap had a nice “kick” in flavour, which was lovely on such a cold day. Will return when I’m next in town."
