"Ok, this place was phenomenal. Fresh, authentic Mediterranean food, at a fair price. I have been eyeing this place forever and finally decided to stop in. We shared a platter. Tried a little bit of everything. It was all very good. You will not find better gyro meat in the area. It?s honestly the best I?ve had, very flavorful and not tough. Most places shave the meat thinly, the give you nice thick pieces. You cannot go wrong with anything on the menu. We at outside one evening and were pleasantly delighted. Super cute outside patio with lights. Clean tabletops and great service. We will definitely be back again."

This place is a great find. the food has so much taste and is by far one of the best Mediterranean places I was. Customer service was also amazing. If you ever pass Paso Robles you should stop at this place.

We share the Vegan Sampler Platter #1 and a baklava. Very tasty and satisfying. Anyway, it would go back there. Looks like the best vegan / vegetarian option in the city. Owner is super nice. I hope he has great success!

Just great. The best falafel I've ever had. The gyro plate was tasty, but the falafel was awesome. They have a nice shaded area with seating outside, and also a couple tables in the sun. No inside seating right now. They bring your food to you outside. The only thing I didn't like was how long it took to get the food. It was a pretty long wait. So, of you are in a hurry, consider calling ahead and ordering over the phone. The staff was very helpful and seemed cheerful. I've been meaning to try Byblos for awhile now, and I'm very glad I finally did. I will be a repeat customer. Worth giving a try.

"Stopped by on our way through town and got a coffee and some beans! The location itself is in a business park, but trust me it is amazing! We had delicious coffee that seemed to have more caffeine in it than most we have tried! I also got some freshly roasted beans to take home and we are enjoying them!"

"The service was good, and the food came fast. I see they have a lot of orders that are good. I like interior decoration with lots of green nature. The food was not bad, it was salty. Pineapple fried rice was too wet. Very recommend Auberginen-Tofu dishes we ordered 2 in fact. The pad Thai was very salty, the mass man lacked coconut flavor, not sure whether it had it as part of the recipe, in this case it was a little thin. Calamari was decent and so were the veggie roles. Portions for the Papaya salad could be bigger. A total of 3.5/5, but me?"

"My friends, my son and I went in at 11:00. We were the first people in the building. We sat right away and we got menus. It took a while before the waitress came back with our drinks because she was the only one. She took our orders and left. I'm not sure if she was new, but she couldn't answer any questions we asked her about the menu or beer. In the meantime, many other people began to come and at this point we had waited for our food for over 30 minutes. I'm starting to take care of any person who came in after we had already received their food and made me really angry because my son was starving at this point. We ordered three salads and a burger, so I don't know what took so long. My bill came out to be over $60 for a salad, a burger and two mimoses. I never come back."
