"I really enjoy the food at Arby's. We placed a large order, and everything was accurate and ready quickly. The only surprising thing was the buffalo chicken bites; they weren't chicken strips, but just a single chicken nugget on a bun. They were tasty, but honestly, half of the bun was more than enough!"

"I went there today with my boyfriend for a date. Nice setting peaceful and clean, the good was amazing. My steak was cooked just the way I ordered and everything was delicious, my favorite was the biscuits, so soft. My boyfriend is a picky eater and had no problem, our waitress was so nice and our food came quick. We'll be eating here for many more dates Edit: I hope you guys start doing doordash"

"With 10 or 12 workers in the kitchen. It took them 20 minutes to prepare the items.I know it is hard work in the kirchen at a restaurants. But when you have to wait 5 minutes to place an order. And when you do, the cashier isn 't in uniform, but in normal street clothes.And since there was already one person waiting. There was nobody behind me, when I place the order.I don 't mind waiting for 5 minutes. But when orher customers order after me, recieve their orders and leave. 10 minutes come and go, and I still keep my call, as well other customers come and go. 15 minutes passed, and I start to sigh, and show my order number.Then about 20 minutes, I finally received the order..The taste is the food, when I got it wasn 't the best. The burger taste more lile sausage, as if the grill wasn 't prepared from breakfast. I dont mind the taste of pepper. But it was semi warm.I didn 't yell or make a scene, cause my daughter was with me. But I did eat it and left.I worked for fast food restaurants before. And know how hard it is. The common courtesy, would be I am sorry, but it will take xx time for your order . Or If you take a seat and I will bring your order. If there was some sort of apology for waiting that long, I wouldn 't been upset. They just called the number and left. My daughter and I ate and left."

"We live in Alton, but had some biz in Jerseyville, so we were looking for someplace local to have a nice dinner.....Boy did we score better than expected. We went there on a referral from a local biz owner, and we were very pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere, decor and warm greeting from our wonderful server Jessica, who provided us with excellent service the whole time! Very reasonable prices for top notch food selections. So pleased we referred some friends and went back their ourselves the very next night! They were slammed busy, but Jessica and her counterpart didn't miss a beat, and worked as a team to take good care of all the diners. Chicken dishes, shrimp pasta, hot wings, Med flatbread and salads were all terrific with generous portions. Beers and cocktails were great too. Don't miss the wonderful, locally made cupcakes for dessert either....They were amazing! The bill for salads, nice dinners with sides, cocktails and desserts for two was very reasonable. We will be making the drive to Jerseyville again for Bossio's!!!"
