"We rented an Airbnb during our time in Carolina Beach. The kids got pizza and the adults FEASTED thanks to this cute seafood boil package. We couldn?t leave to eat out and were happy to discover this place gave you a bucket with all the ingredients and instructions on how to make it. It was so fun to make it at home and lay it all out for us to eat. We didn?t even get the amount per adult, and it was plenty to go around. I will say it was a bit salty, and it?s definitely not for a bucket conscious group, but i think this showcased the awesome seafood the coast has to offer."

"Fresh, local fare made/served to course--not just slung across the table in chaos (think Metallica stadium show mosh pit). The Laotian duck app is INCREDIBLE! Cucumber kimchi lacks balance, but the Maduro (fried plantain) is a treat! Saigon noodles are reminiscent of steam carts slogging against cobblestone serving hungry patrons across market square blocks. The coconut rice is like clouds slippery from the sweet oils. It's just a great opportunity to be present and dig in. If you're a diva or a serial complainer about portions or anything related to servers... not your scene. If you appreciate effort and artistic license, come on. What're you waiting for?"

"I didn't expect much from this small beachfront establishment but it was very good. My date and I ordered two different hot dogs and tried the house chips and the French fries. Our orders were very good and the side dishes were great. House chips are very clearly made in house. I loved them while my date preferred the French fries. Both were tasty. Overall the restaurant was fairly portioned at about $25 per couple which is fine considering the location."

"I was greeted by Kate himself and then led to an available table. The waitress here are happy witches, and the girls are a mix of townsfolk and holidaymakers. The Greek omelet was perfect. I chose the breakfast potatoes over the grits from New Hampshire and all. I have nothing against them, I just prefer potatoes! The omelet also comes with toast or Kate's pancake. I choose pancakes. From my post to the front, right behind the checkin/checkout stand, I saw the staff working liquid to lead the screen owners to freshly wiped tables. It was jammin’ and the reason is double, the excellence of the staff and the good food."

"We went for a short trip to the beach and came across hoplite. It's a cute little place with really good food. They had live music and the guys (New River) were great. We sat at the bar since there is only 2 of us and the bartender Ashley was AMAZING! We will be back next time we come to town."
