"I was on my way to Pennsylvania, and wanted something resembling lunch after getting some fuel. The folks down at the fuel station recommended Cappy's. I guess it is just recently under new management. The service was very good, and the food arrived in a timely fashion. I was just a tad disappointed that the spaghetti was a little on the watery side. Other than that, it was great. I'd eat here again, though I might choose something other than the spaghetti."

This place is right on the West side of Rawlins Wyoming. the restaurant is clean and the food was good looking. I had the Pub. the fries were good but the fish batter was hard. we ordered lots of food and everyone was happy with their meals

Sometimes small town restaurants have the best food and some, the worst. I feel it's fair to give them a few stars because the service was good. The food was, to say the least, not good whatsoever. The coffee is watered down and weak as well. I had it remade and it was still not good. I didn't want to be rude considering the waitresses efforts so I said it would do. Needless to say, don't stop there if you want good food or coffee.
