"Listen, I don’t do reviews like this often. But unless you want to wait 4 hours for a pizza, I wouldn’t recommend this location at all. I live literally 5 minutes from the restaurant. After an hour of waiting, I called and they claimed the driver had been there and no one answered, and they would send someone else out on the next delivery. Again, 40 minutes go by and nothing. So I call back, someone else answered, and again said they sent someone again and no one answered the door, changing the story 3 times during this. I have been going to Carbones in Forest Lake for over 40 years. Tonight my family and I ate there. The meal was delicious and the server was great. We then went to the Game store. On the way back to the car my 6 year old had to emergency potty situation, so I took him back inside Carbones to go bathroom. On the way out the guy behind the counter had the audacity to say “this is not a public restroom”. I confronted him that I just ate there and he apologized. This is extremely rude and it shouldn’t matter if someone uses the bathroom, because I guarantee at some point they have eaten at Carbones. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
