Nicest lady on earth. 10/4/22 1200 noon!!! Coffee is awesome and cinnamon cake yummiest. But the lady that served us was the greatest ever!

I almost gave this 2 stars because the coffee was decent, but the review is about the food. I had wanted to try caribou's menu for a while now but never had the chance until this morning. I was very hungry and usually two menu items from any other restaurant is more than enough for me, so I ordered a latte, soufflé and an artichoke, spinache egg and provolone sandwich, which cost over $20. "My wife I are fairly new to the area and we were looking for a place for dinner as we celebrated our 31st wedding anniversary. We had heard about Finn's from a family member from the area. The restaurant looked awesome, beautiful inside. The dinner salad was great, however each of the dinners we ordered (meatloaf, salmon snapper) were all severely over cooked. The meatloaf was uneatable it was so overcooked. Service was incredibly slow, especially for a Tuesday night as we had been seated for right at an hour when we first received our salads. The truth is, for the price, the food was very subprime... not what we expected. My recommendation would be to get a new chef before they take you down. One positive, when we told them the meatloaf was terrible, they comped the meal and added a dessert. We would have preferred they cooked the meals appropriately. We weren't looking for a free meal. Until they replace their cook, I would not recommend."

"to give the 4 stars for service, I have ordered food for me and my friend. it was great. there was a mishap on the order and everything was not in the bag when I came home. it rained ad-nestie and I drove a long way to pick it up and go home so I was kind of upset about it. but when I spoke to others, I think the managername was. very kind and knows what he does. the irritation was gone and he made it more right. in everything I have to say that the experience was a good one. I will definitely thank you again for the great food and service"

"The sandwiches were AWESOME!! The bread was unique and delicious, the bacon was crispy and flavorful, and the veggies were fresh and crisp. It was crowded for lunch, but, even so, it still only took a matter of minutes to get served. Two thumbs up!!"

"Pub food found in the same building as an independent cinema with a full plant based menu not what I expected to find in a somewhat small town. If, like me, you find yourself driving through Joplin, stop on by! The fries are clearly handmade in house thick cut and with the potato skin still on! I had a vegan raspberry vanilla Italian soda which was cute and delicious(ask which vegan milk if you have a nut allergy, sign said oat but employee told me they only had almond milk). I had the tempeh blt which was only okay for me, but they had many other options I could choose from. Last, but not least, they had vegan apple pie and vegan cherry pie. You will not be disappointed!"
