"I'll give the employee 5 stars at Subway! He quickly prepared our sandwiches during the phone order. Metro was the only option at 7:03 on a Sunday evening in Soda Springs. I would give management 2 stars as they are not properly occupied for Sunday night. There were 6 people in front of us and another 5 came there within minutes. Everyone was patient. I hope someone comes into a situation of an employee who delivers quality while under pressure reminds of being generous with cash tips. Thank you for a great meal!"

"On a Wednesday, I entered as the lone customer, about half an hour after opening. Someone (from the kitchen) finally acknowledged my presence after 10 minutes of silence and led me to a table. Then, an actual server showed and took my order, which was for the lunch special General Tso 's chicken with fried rice and a small cup of egg drop soup. Nothing impressed me. Certainly not the sterile food. Flavorless chicken—made more disappointing by paltry amount of meat hidden inside oversized flour casing. Unimaginative egg drop soup/mucus—ruined by too much cornstarch. Serving the meal piping hot wouldn 't matter much if its taste was a lost cause. That 'd precisely be how I described this place. A restaurant existing strictly as a means to an end. To keep up the owner 's flawed dream of having a passable mediocre Chinese restaurant in small-town USA. "Great authentic Mexican food! Our hostess was a one woman army! She was taking orders, getting out drinks and getting everyone seated! All by herself and it wouldn't surprise me if she cooked too! She waited on every table! I got the camarones a la diabla, my wife got the flautas, my friends got the burritos and fajitas All of it was great! So please be patient with them, the wait wasn't crazy long but the food was worth waiting. Especially when they are short staffed and manage to keep track of everything and still be super nice."
