"The waiter name Evan did a wonderful job tonight 11/18/22 located in 434 Longwood, FL. My husband and I decided to go to Carabas for dinner bc thier food was so delicious ????, Evan was very attentive and he make sure that our drinks are full (sweet tea, water, coke), Previously, we had a good customer service going to Carabas, but Evan he really top it all up his service, friendly jokingly. He provides everything that we expecting to get when we enter the restaurant. I would recommend tomy family and friends this restaurant and ask for Evan. If his working. Lol. Thank you ????"

Enjoyed the classic trio with a glass of sangria. Our meal was great and our server was very friendly as well. Even took a group photo for us. Very nice dining experience.

Have to say, if you?re looking for a peaceful and not too long of a wait. This Is the place. Staff was very helpful and generous and kind. They are also pretty quick with your drinks and orders. Hard to find that sometimes. So come and check it out. Youwon?t be disappointed! Grazie.

Amazing pastas! I love Carrabas! I always disliked Olive Garden! The appetizer trio is pretty good!! The mezzaluna with tomato cream sauce has always been delicious! The chicken soup is too peppery, the salad are fresh, stuffed mushrooms--yummm! Calamariis a hit miss thing. Sometimes they're good, sometimes they're excellent!! Warm bread also fills you up! Flavored teas arealso good, just like Cheddars Amazing crew so far!! Thank you guys!!
