"First visitors for lunch. My husband and I tried lunch in Casa Caliente for the first time on Wednesday and were very surprised to find a great Wednesday lunch special of a 2 enchilada dish at a reasonable price of $3 per person. They were delicious! and the homemade chips were a real... My only complaints would be that our waiter called us and sat all the others in the place of GUYS and did it all the time. The place is very nice, but maybe a bit on the plain Jane side... a few plants or colorful vases would help. All in all, our visit was a pleasant surprise and we recommend Casa Caliente Mexican Restaurant Cantina!!!"

Best Mexican restoration in H.Ranch. LOVE this place!!!! Breakfast Burritos are amazing! Sunday they have everything you eat buffet with unlimited mimosa for $13! The chips and 3 dips you get are SUPER good. HIGHLY recommend this place.

Best off the beaten path Mexican!. I took my son to Casa Caliente and loved him. I then took a friend from the city for some margaritas and appetizers. I love the queen. The owner came out and we talked. He brought out a few crooks of her black beans to not miss) and green chili....yum! I love supporting local small businesses... this is one we have to keep around! Can't wait to take my whole family there!!

It was affordable and good. I and my wife went away from the kids this night. And I was not dissapointed, as I was a former waiter myself, I saw some conditions, but on the contrary of most Highlands Ranch restorers I saw real soul behind the staff. the margaritas, made by very young looking man, were absolutelyley great, up to the point where I recomend he will be given more opportunity and opportunity, as his aid was only hindered by the desire of a managment staff.
