"Cha house was cute!! The atmosphere was so colorful and aesthetic and definitely a cozy spot to meet with friends. I will say however, that the food and boba was just ok. I got the taro boba and it seemed watered down not like some of the better boba I’ve had. I also got the popcorn chicken rice plate and it was pretty good but a little dry. It needed some kind of sauce or something to spice it up a little. I’m not sure if I’ll come back….. I liked it but I don’t think it’s worth the drive."

I loved the atmosphere, and the staff were friendly when taking my order. Service was quick and they have a good variety of vegan-friendly creamer alternatives as well as options to customize your tea (e.g. sweetness level). They also have a compost bin in addition to standard trash and recycling!

The food was absolutely horrendous. My chicken was cold and it was definitely microwaved as I could hear it. My friend got popcorn chicken and it was so dry and plain and they used chicken breast for popcorn chicken. When it comes to the drinks they were average and not worth it. The put so much ice in our cups that their is barely and liquid in it. Took me about 2 min to finish the drink. This place is overrated.

I used to love Cha House but they've been disappointing me recently.Drove all the way here to eat, only to find the kitchen closed.... Happened a few times recently at the Cary location too. I'm going to stop trying to come here to eat if the kitchen is always closed.Also, I got a boba tea and they gave me a paper straw. Helping the environment and all is great for a normal drink, but the paper straw disintegrated quickly and I couldn't get my boba out. Super impractical for a boba drink.
