" I was celebrating my birthday. When I made the reservations, I asked for a romantic table for Two and that I was celebrating a birthday. When I arrived, they had a menu that said happy birthday to you and they seated us exactly where I asked them to. The food was good. The coconut shrimp appetizer was excellent. I had the prime rib mashed potatoes, which was very good. And lastly, they brought out a birthday cake, but I had also ordered the hot lava chocolate that was amazing. Overall experience was perfect. We had a great view of the boats and the water. It was a great time celebrating my birthday at the chart house."

We were handed the wrong menus, and then left to sit about 15-20 minutes without any waiter...we gave up and just left.

Ordered a $50 prime rib. Asked for it medium rare. When it arrived to the table, it literally looked like it was out of the package. Cold to the touch. Sent it back to the kitchen. Came back well done. Cooks are either inexperienced or incredibly petty. Was so disappointed.

Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else to eat. Pretty sure Applebee’s has better steaks. This is my second time eating here and it was just as bad as the first time. The first time I went, the service was horrible and the food wasn’t great. Thought I would give them a second chance, got the same result. Serviced was horrible and the food was bland and tasteless. If you go to a Chart House, go to Chart House Prime in Annapolis, that place is the real deal.

"I have been a frequent customer of Kumo for the past 12 years. During the Pandemic they only did carry out and delivery. This month I have visited them four times. Here are my observations: Service: AWESOME!!! They have really gone from outstanding to AWESOME! Food: OUTSTANDING! I don't work close to Kumo anymore, so I tried multiple sushi places and they all suck. Kumo has the best Sushi in Northern Virginia. I have become an addict to the their lunch menu. Check it out on their site, better yet, go there for lunch. You can get 3 high quality Sushi Rolls, a Miso soup or a Salad for $18.00. Ambiance: Nice super clean environment. Great place for Lunch or to take a date in the evening. I strongly recommend this great hidden gem."

"I'm writing this in hopes that the restaurant management sees it and makes the necessary corrections. I've enjoyed at the House of Dynasty for years. One reason is that the service was always good and the food was well prepared and hot when it came to the table. We visited on a Sat. night and it wasn't very busy. We seated ourselves with an impersonal nod from a server and waited over 10 minutes before anyone came to greet us. When we finally did get some tea it was just warm,"

"Such an AMAZING experience!! I can't say enough how much my family and I enjoyed eating there. It was our first time and we live around the area, but never knew about this hidden gem, but we are so glad that we found it and will return DEFINITELY. The atmosphere and decorations in the restaurant were beautiful and very stylish. The food was very tasty? enticed from appetizers to desserts. Our server cellar was the highlight of the evening. He was very friendly, accommodating and patient. I would give this place and basement a hundred stars if I could."

"This has been one of our favorite restaurants for years. This time we were there for breakfast with the whole family of 9 including 3 generations and it was super special! The food was delicious, and the service makes you feel like royalty! It's a very relaxing but beautiful place to share special moments.
