I ordered to go. I came to pick up the order at the ordered time and they had given it to someone without checking the name. I had already paid. The MANAGER would not provide a refund OR. I didn't want to make this review. The host is very friendly and the staff is great. The appetizer was just the appetite. But my wife and I did not find our entrées for our pleasure. We expressed our concerns and were ready to run away in good spirits. This is until the kitchen staff got the OWNER on the phone to translate for them. They are incredibly rude, impersonal and unpleasant to speak. We explained that we just didn't like the food, but they insisted that we were absolutely wrong. I don't recommend sushi here at all. My role was the tiger eye and it was pretty bad. The role itself fell apart, tasted, and the Wasabi and ginger were old. Even the rice tasted.
