"This is literally a chick fil a with McDonald’s workers. The food takes really long, and the orders usually come out wrong. You can order sauces on the app but most likely won’t receive them in your bag. Also, if you get the Chick fil A app and compare prices of the two stores (one in Dalton Mall one on Walnut), the mall charges significantly more for the food than the location on W Walnut. I’d say go to W Walnut Chick fil A instead, cause the workers at the mall don’t care about the quality of food in curbside. I came into to the drive thru last week and had the absolute best service from this young man named hassan, absolutely the best service and made sure I had everything. Was also super generous and nice, definitely will come again.

this is the only Chick-fil-A in the country I think is bad. the service is terrible. order before the time and sit for 15-20 minutes. when they get the food, they are either wrong or they don't even get it. I'm very sorry, Chick-fil-A. go to the close of the interstate. even if they have to drive, it will be faster for them
