"I did not give any stars for the food at this restaurant. The only reason I am giving a star is for the employee who picked up my order. I was extremely disappointed with the food. I ordered a piece of chicken with a drumstick and wing, but the pieces were so small that I could fit both in the palm of my hand and close my hand around them. I have small hands, so that's saying something. I would have preferred a normal sized piece of chicken or an extra piece to make up for the small portions. Additionally, when I bit into the chicken, it was clearly undercooked. I can promise that I won't be returning to Chicken Express anytime soon, at least not to this location."

There was a waiting for her chicken benches for a family meal, was sincerely sad. They gave us a drink and corn smuggets while we wait. Shows the best Chicken E experience. The manger here is always in service and so friendly to the community.

I ordered 3 chicken dinner specials with a mix of chicken pieces of my choice. I specifically requested 2 chicken breasts and 2 chicken legs in each of the dinners. However, the restaurant staff informed me that my order had too many breasts and they had to serve other customers. I found this to be quite absurd.

I am not sure what happened to this restaurant, but it has really gone downhill. I would not recommend going here. It seems like they don't have a consistent evening crew or experienced cook. The food was subpar and I didn't even receive everything I paid for. I'm not sure how long the chicken had been sitting there. I've tried to contact them multiple times about missing items but I would advise others to avoid this place and go somewhere else. I am still waiting for my text coupon. They used to have excellent service but now they have unfortunately closed. It was a terrible and horrific experience.
