Ordered nachos from Chili's and they separated three different layers of five chips with tin foil plus they put cheese on every layer so the tin foil is now stuck to every layer of chips it's nachos you don't have to separate them really upset we don't know who thought this was a good idea

Just went to Chili'sI have been going to Chili's since I was 16 at this same location . This was the most horrible out of all the years of going there ! They are understaffed . Staff is nice but it was not a good experience...had to be seated in the bar area ...took forever to get drinks and get waited on .The chicken tacos and rice and beans had no flavor ...the chili I ordered to take home was absolutely burned and disgusting! And 6$ for a cup I asked for a bowl . I have been a loyal customer since I was 16 ..im 41 yrs old now ...but think I won't ever go back ! They need to make some changes big ones ...not happy totally disappointed
