"Went at a busy time and this particular location was STILL the fastest service I've had at a chili's. Wait staff were friendly, kind, quick, and clear with exactly what was happening. Compliments to them ? I had a medium rare sirloin, cooked to perfection. My compliments to the chef(s) ? my only complaint is a minor one, the asparagus that came with my sirloin was a bit dry for my taste. It was cooked well and very flavorful, and this is just my personal preference, however I smother my asparagus in butter when I cook it because that's just how I like it personally. My preference is not everyone else's, so take that with a grain of salt. Fantastic visit, 10/10 would recommend this location...

Went on May 10 my my birthday with my family. Service was amazing and food was as well. That is the one star. The restaurant is so nasty that I was afraid to eat. The walls,floors , window and window shades were all covered in food. 2 of us had silverware with food still on it. Seems as the Manager has just over looked the cleanliness of the place. It's not just I didnt clean real well one night. Its an accumulation of months . Hopefully they get it cleaned. Such a waste of a good restaurant .

If you are a delivery driver I do not recommend you accept orders at this location. I gave them 3 opportunities and every single time I went to pick up a customers order the wait was in excess of 30 minutes. I had to cancel one of the deliveries. Other restraunts don't seem to have this problem. In my opinion they should not do these type of orders until they get organized enough to fulfill the orders in a timely manner. I will never come back not even on my personal time. I will find a restraunt that has its priorities together.

I'm always coming to this place and never had a problem. diana was my server and she treated my queries quickly, but seemed too concentrated on others to ask us if we were in order. I had to fly her up several times and it seemed that when the dinner went, she was annoyed to me. we had no crazy desires. Normally, if I escaped the hawn and waffel it comes with mais and fries, but I guess they broke up with it and it came only with one side. she was nice enough to get the extra side. the food was served cold and took one because I gave these two stars.

"We recently hosted a Ukrainian family of four who have been affected by the war. Eating out is a rare treat for them, so we decided to take them to Chick-fil-A since they have never tried it before. Every employee went above and beyond to make them feel welcome. The family even shed tears of gratitude after interacting with Cooper and Victor, who were incredibly attentive and made their first visit so special. We will definitely be returning and recommending Chick-fil-A to everyone we know."

"Perfect ambience for a casual date night. Clean juicy café that brought us friendly service and a delicious meal. Do not expect a desert because the portion size was so that there was no space left. The homemade chips and queso started our meal and let us know that this place concentrated on fresh food with just the right kick. I chose the beef-denderloin entre and I must say it was perfectly prepared with a beautiful mushroom bread, the zucchini and squash and Swiss cheese potatoes were excellent partners and I could not even get homemade bread. My wife chose a BLT on homemade Focaccia bread. She was woven by bread and commented that it was the best bread she tasted since she moved to TX six years ago. The b in her BLT should be as the sandwich had just cut the right amount of thick perfectly boiled center bacon. A nice dill skewer and the same fresh vegetables accompanied their pretty big sandwich. All in all a great meal and price the bank did not break. A beautiful glass of wine was all that was missing. Thank you and we're back!"

"Girl taking our order was very rude, even though I was very very kind to her. Her and another girl working were scoffing and making fun of the way I was dressed (belt buckle and cowboy hat). It felt to me that they were had some sort of prejudice towards me. At the end of the order, the little girl left the drinks on the far side of the counter and yelled get your drinks, they 're done! Regardless I was still kind to her and told her to have a good day. To this, I got no response, I was completely ignored. I will not be back, I don 't support service like this."

"This place is phenomenal, by far my favorite restaurant in Sherman. The food is amazing, the service is unbeatable, it's just great all around. They have lots of vegetarian and vegan dishes, you can't miss the lunch buffet. My wife and I try to go every time we get paid, there's always different things on the buffet. We always get overstuffed, but unlike some buffets you don't feel hungry a couple hours later. We'll go in for lunch and just skip dinner all together."

"Ordered take out inside restaurant. Short lady behind the desk had an attitude and kept speaking at a very low voice….Food was absolutely delicious but because of her poor customer service as well as phone etiquette…I will not come back here."
