"Cleanliness of the whole facility was below average. The restaurants were horrible Rosas leaking faucet missing tiles leaking urinals. Ordered a to go and they said in order they decided to send the to go order with the sit in order mind you the to go order had ice cream included in it and they sent it at the same time. The salad was nothing but white old lettuce there was nothing green about it. Walked by the kitchen the kitchen looked in disarray and disgusting and Ashley deterred me from even wanting to eat the food which I by the way did not even eat because I was so disgusted by what I saw. The place was pretty empty, maybe 1/4 full. Our server was forgetful, bringing appetizer out after the meal showed up and only because we asked where it was. Refills were slow to receive. Of the 4 meals ordered, 2 were hot, 2 were not. The flavor was good.

Tried to eat here today and was immediately told upon walking in that we'd have to wait at least 10 minutes to sit down because of shift change. Don't think that's what you should tell four families who walk in together, so we took our money elsewhere and were greeted kindly, sat immediately, and able to order immediately at a restaurant very close by. Have also tried to order ahead online many times to no avail. Chili's Corporate should make sure this restaurant is accurately representing their brand.

Chili's, Saint Joseph, has improved quality there. Your bus ride from tables, possibly due to help requirements, could use improvement. The wait service from our waitress was attentive, continuous and responsive. The food has improved since the last visit two years ago. Last time I did not evaluate them because they were not even close to national standards, the chain games at other state locations I visited, but Saint Joseph has come. I recommend a visit when it was seen for itself as they turned their act around a nice meal with great service.
