"I’m actually very sad to have to write this review but we are very disappointed. We’ve been enjoying Fratelli’s for several years now but during our latest visit, we had been double charged on our credit card. Long story short, my husband and I were very disappointed in how the owner handled this issue. He never apologized and we finally had to call our credit card company to dispute the charge. If we decide to return, we will bring cash. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5"

"Not sure where to begin with how horrible the service is at this restaurant. It took more than 10 minutes for anyone to greet us when we arrived. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited patiently as we were the first to arrive at opening. We were finally seated. Two other families came after us, but unlike us, were seated promptly. Then the server came out and attended to the other tables before us. I waited for the server to finish taking the orders at the other tables before raising my hand to get her attention. When she proceeded to come to our table finally, the manager/ host whomever, walked over to her angrily and told her to attend to the people that were just coming in. We then realized that we were purposely unattended to and I guess we didn’t look like the other families so we were not worthy of being served. What a terrible establishment. My daughter talks about the terrible experience often. I feel so horrible that an innocent child had to experience being treated like she wasn’t as important as everyone else. Very painful. What a disgusting and despicable person and establishment."

"We had asked at checkout at a liquor store in town where to go for breakfast. What a find! A real breakfast restaurant and not a franchise/chain. The menu...fantastic. Hubby had eggs, bacon, sourdough toast, one pancake, all cooked perfectly. He had hashbrowns instead of grits. I had a carb buster. Scrambled egg whites, turkey bacon and sourdough toast that came out with no butter (that's a good detail) with a nice side of fruit.Coffee was delicious, orange juice was perfect. The waitress even came out and apologized for the wait which was maybe and extra 5 minutes. She was attentive and checked back of course offering refills on coffee. They do a huge take out business while we were waiting to be seated which keeps the kitchen busy. Booths were nice a comfy."

"I can't believe that I lived in the area for 7 years and never tried this place, went on a Tuesday evening was not very busy, ordered baked oysters with bacon and jalapeños mmmmm good!!! I also had the grouper over a crab cake with lobster bisque soup over it and it came with a raised look on it, I usually don't like crab cake much, but this crab cake was so delicious l enjoyed it! My husband ordered a Cajun Pasta, which was also quite good and a large part. We enjoyed the oysters so much the next night on Wednesday we ordered more for going, since Wednesday it is there $1.25 oyster special we also ordered a bacon cheese bomber and that Burger is the best burger I had in a long time! The meat was so tasteful, I know it's a seafood place, but I would definitely go if I was a good burger because it was so good and big!"
