"I used to come here every year for my birthday.. every year you would think I’d pick something different to eat one year back in the 90s we found hair in our food, came here in 2008 and crackers were opened in the package and stale, today decided to come back to see if anything changed (9/19/23) ordered the sesame chicken that was fine. I didn’t like fried rice. The egg roll was good. My other half ordered the chicken lo mein.. it was disgusting! No sauce it was too watered down and noodles tasted like ramen! Very bland. 6 people went for dinner tonight, got our bill was almost $85.00 we paid and everything was ok the owner came running out after us for a tip, that is rude and disrespectful on there part as if $85.00 wasn’t enough Atmosphere: 1

"The group I was with have been here before, this was my first time. They raved about it so I was looking forward to breakfast at brunch when we arrived. There was a 20 minute wait which is fine, our service was fast and friendly even though they were busy. The food wasn’t great and even my group was disappointed; no taste, bland, boring. The best tasting item was the jam for the rye bread lol. If I was blindfolded, I could tell I was eating jam and drinking coffee but couldn’t have said what the other items were within the full breakfast. Sadly the rest of the group agreed about their meals too. Our server was friendly, actually brought additional eggs out right at the beginning as she didn’t think the eggs were cooked according to order. She “didn’t like the looks” and “didn’t look over-easy”. In retrospect, this could have been an indication. Considering I have never been before, I would try again just to see if it was an “off” day. "On Sunday, the early afternoon, so it wasn't too busy. Was immediately greeted and set for Hibachi. The place is furnished with a cool modern atmosphere, the staff is friendly. I ordered the steak (not fillet) hibachi with steamed rice, my husband ordered chicken and fried rice. I thought it was great that the roasted rice was prepared on the grill and the steamed rice was served at the same time by the waitress. Great attention to detail. The cook was fun and entertaining. He cooked our food perfectly and the sauces were really good. I liked how everyone at the table got two grilled shrimps per sample. We got no sushi, I feel like one or the other is more than enough for a hungry midday meal. Next time I want to try the sushi! Can't wait to come back!"
