"I called to place a order for pick up, about half an hour before they closed, I wanted a HOT turkey sandwich with gravy, I was told they, were out of turkey gravy and wouldn 't make more, even when I asked if they could and how long did it truly take I was told it takes 20 minutes, but still no one would make it. I myself am a cook in a restaurant and if I had no gravy and was 10 minutes from closing, I 'd make the gravy and be told to do so by my boss. I ended up ordering an ultimate BLT and it had very little bacon, so if that is a MORE of everything option it different lacked in every sense of the word! Customer service goes a long way, and just do to that fact I 'll continue to take my business elsewhere. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2"

"Their online prices for specials vs. the actual special is a 15 difference. They wouldn’t honor their online prices and used the excuse that they don’t know how to update their website. In the age of technology, why even have the website if you don’t plan on using it. The sad part is that this is what you’re directed to when your googling their business. Everyone misses the pizza shack and the custom the service what went with it. Things have made drastic changes since then. Hopefully this can be a constructive post and Travis can implement the right changes to improve the customer service and advertisement."

"I love Jrecks. I mean I really really love it. Some might say I have an obsession. I've even got to the trouble of having their rolls shipped to me out of state when that was slightly more reasonable than flying home for lunch. But this particular visit on this particular day at this particular location there was something amiss with the rolls. They weren't soft pillows of cold cut goodness we all know and love. Maybe a bad batch? None the less you won't lose me over it. But do please make sure those rolls are on point next time!"

"Tried for the first time last night. We were the only people in the dining room so we couldn't figure out what took so long for our meals. Appetizers came in a decent amount of time. Wings were decent. Onion soup had meat in it which was pretty gross. Salads never showed up until after our meals that took forever showed up. Husband ordered steak MR. Arrived well done. Didn't want to wait for another one so he just let it go. Told waitress but we already wanted to leave so we told her we didn't want it recooked. Scampi and Steak were very, very salty. They need to shut the doors between the bar and the dining room. The smoke smell was pretty gross. Not sure if it was Coming from there or elsewhere. The noise from the bar crowd wasn't fun to listen to when we were trying to have a nice dinner out. It's not cheap either so you expect decent service and properly cooked food especially when it was empty except for the bar. Overall pretty disappointed. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone or Go back."
