"I?ve been to this place when it first opened and it had so many problems. Just thought I would try it again tonight and it?s still the worst Chipotle I?ve been to. I ordered a rice bowl and she was scraping the edges trying to get enough rice and was only 2/3 a normal serving, then the same with steak but it was like 6 little pieces (you know all the little stuff that falls to the bottom) and then I saw they were out of veggies? I just walked off half through my order. They need a manager to work the dinner shift and they have one they need to be replaced. Go to the loop 288 one it?s much more consistent."

We walked in at 7:37 pm made our order and wanted to get 2 bags of chips and the manager said he couldn't sell us the chips because they were for ?pre-order? where they have had enough of them! We were inside ordering, I have been eating Chipotle for over 15 years and never heard such a bad excuse.

This Chipotle just can?t get it right. Missing items, brown guac, wrong items, and now delivery takes forever. According to the tracker, our food sat for 45 minutes before a driver picked it up (via Chipotle App). We?re done coming wit this location since they don?t care enough to fix the same issues that have been ongoing.

I just left and the girl who was helping me was rude and she literally made me the most shiesty burrito bowl I have ever received from any chipotle and on top of that I paid almost $20 for it and when I told the cashier my issues he just said oh really over and over and did nothing to help the situation. I will not be going back there. I feel completely over charged and completely shorted on the amount of food I should have gotten, especially for the amount I was charged!
