"Went here for dinner and purchased two bowls. Usually don’t go to mall Chipotle and won’t in the future. Not sure what was going on with the food as my bowl from the Chipotle on Causeway never looks this way. Food very watery. So watery that it leaked through the bag. My husband didn’t even eat his bowl. When I told the server to slow down she rolled her eyes. Now this is after she added something that I didn’t ask for. Very disappointed with this location."

You should warn the customers before they order that you have no forks and no napkins! Last time I eat at the Brandon mall food court!

I had several online orders to pick up for people that I work with on October 11. One person who placed an online order, accidentally put sour cream on her salad. She called me and she advised me she accidentally put that there, and if they could remake it without sour cream. When I asked the cashier if she can remake a mobile order, she told me no. The cashiers name was Josephine.

"This place has the best baked goods. The baked goods are baked on site, they have a baked bread with cheese in the middle. The family loves it. If you are not careful, you will go through it. "I ordered a chicken plate with rice and plantains and a press Cuban. They had me pay for it before the Cuban was made. Then gave me Cuban toast said they didn't have the stuff to make a Cuban sandwich and just stared at me when I asked how they were going to fix it. I told them again it's not what I ordered I ordered a Cuban sandwich again they just stared at me. By the way the chicken is very dry the yellow rice has no flavor the plantains are very good. Good luck everyone if you don't speak Spanish."

"we had my parents 50th wedding anniversary yesterday of 50 people. The staff was excellent, food was great, management over the top as he had added on extra servers for our party, was organized and demonstrated excellent management leadership. He also volunteered to pay for my parents dinner, added a bottle of wine and two Carraba's wine glasses. Even if he had not given such a generous offer, his management expertise showed through the staff, the cooks, the customer service and friendliness. I would, and have referred them already and it was by far the best choice we made for this very important event. Thank you, thank you, thank you! Everyone had an over the top experience. Well Done!
