"I came in to get a smoothie and while watching employees make food the woman in grey slippers in the back picked her nose then came out and made smoothies for patrons. The supervisor was too busy talking with his employees about his workout routine to pay attention to what his employees were doing. If employees will do that while 5+ customers are in the store I don't want to know how she cleans her work station. I didn't even ask for a refund. Just left."

"I’ve been here at least 5 times and each time was perfect! The greeters are professional, the servers are knowledgeable and polite, the food is always piping hot and delicious! Also, it really seems like everyone carries their weight and works together pre-bussing tables and running food. "Food is super fresh and the service is excellent. All employees provide service with a smile. Finally found a great Peruvian chicken style joint in Hagerstown. Got the half chicken with two sides and a drink for way under $20. The Salsa Verde is a nice choice if you like jalapeño spicy. My lips are still tingly!
