"We arrived at noon. You have a large parking lot, so the parking lot was no problem. We didn't have to wait much more than 5 minutes at the door to sit. 5 minutes to get our drink order... no problem. But the food orders took a long time to get to the table. I ate the buffet and the food was delicious Chicken fried steak, potatoes, gravy, corn, green, butter beans and a salad. I was already done with my food and worked on my second glass of tea before the food was delivered to the other people of my group. Everyone said it wasn't a bad experience, but the service time could be sharpened."

"Me n my husband went to eat at luigis in wood way last nite. We were seated and waited almost 15 mins for a server to come to our table. We were the only people of color in the place. 2 tables were sat after us and both got attended to right away. One table even told the waiter that we were there first and the waiter turned looked at us and continued to help them with out saying a word to us. The girl who sat us even had the nerve to say have a nice nite as we got up and walked out. The waiter of those 2 tables was an older white man, and he was the waiter for the table beside us and behind us. Came by multiple times and never acknowledged us . We were VERY dissatisfied with the service there."

"Today ordered a sundae with nuts, sadly out of nuts no big deal except I was charged 30¢ for nuts I didn 't get and I didn 't get that 30¢ back after a run around with the hired "help "and being lied to... 30¢ not a lot it 's the principle behind good business practice and what not. I also got the master shake for myself got that right, however huge air pocket at the bottom so I got charged full price for about 2/3 of what product I received. Meal type: Other"
