"Honestly the best bakery I’ve been to!! My niece always buys from here and puts it on her Instagram and raves about it. So I thought let me give it a try! It was my best friends bday the next day, so I went online to order a custom cake and it wouldn’t let me choose pick up for the next day. I wasn’t sure why so I called in and asked why and they said it was because with custom cakes you have to order them 48 hours in advance. Cocola bakery has some of my favorite pastries also I Love the Chicken breast sandwich with a great Lemon dressing which I always ask for extra also comes with a Celery root salad, it's a little pricey here but worth it . Me and my wife love this spot.

Beautiful baked goods with a good variety of options. Ordered a few pastries for a friend who recently had a baby got a treat for myself--the milkshake-something-or-other. It was too sweet for my liking, which is saying a lot, but wasn't bad by any means. Also, the prices were on the expensive side.

"Great local bagel house. You can find a great variety of bagels and ingredients for a reasonable price. It is quite a ritual around San Carlos, people stop by in the morning to get their bagel. Service is quick, but you might find a little queue at the entrance, it should not take you longer than 10/15min max I would say. Worth it to try!"

"The burritos here are very good. However as a vegetarian, I would love to have the option to have the ability to choose fajitas as a “protein meat option”. Currently I have to order a super burrito and remove meat and pay an extra $3 to add fajitas instead of a simple substitution. "I'm so glad to have a solid sandwich option in DTSC. I'm going to really miss Gracie's, but Lou's is so far a suitable replacement. The first thing you notice is their bread. It's fresh! It's soft! And it's still crispy! I ordered the Kick'N RB, which is on Dutch Crunch. So the bread is crucial. Next, you notice that there isn't a brick of cheap meat on there. There's a sufficient amount of meat, and it's high quality. And, finally, they have delicious sauces, but nottoo much. Like I said, the ingredients are high quality, so there's no need to drown them out with sauce. Well done!"

"Came for an early Saturday dinner and were seated right away (for context a big 49ers game may have had something to do with this). I ordered the chicken paitan, my friend ordered the hakata tonkotsu, and we split the pirikara special. Highly recommend the pirikara! The chicken was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside and the chili sauce gave it a mild spicy kick. As other reviews mention the noodles are on the thinner side, but the broth wasoutstanding rich and creamy and really made the ramen. Service was excellent. Food came out quickly, and the waitstaff were all polite and checked in on us often. Especially impressive since the space quickly filled up with otherdiners after we were seated. Will definitely be back!"
