Great place to relax if all you really want to do. The service was incredible. Pool is very refreshing and relaxing. Great food options must taste the wagyu Burger and wash it with the great beer options!!!!

Great experience overall. Amazing views, well trained, courteous staff and very good food. I like their avocado toast for breakfast and brunch, it comes in 3 different flavors. My favorite is the Aleppo Spiced Yogurt Avocado toast with an egg on top. The Caprese Toast is also good. Definitely a nice experience for the whole family.

A total of five friends and I went to Brunch on Sunday. The waiter (Cameron) took our cards/Cash and did the transaction. We left the table to take photos, and the waiter came to find us and told us he pushed the wrong button and our cards were not loaded. He also took cash. We gave our cards, understanding and he came back. A few minutes later he came back and said that the system didn't work and our cards were not charged, so he had to take our cards back. We thought it was easier to put everything on a card, so this time we only gave a card to make the transaction easy for him. "I love dining at the Beachcomber. The setting is unbeatable and the food is divine. Loved the miso glazed butterfish. BUT. They used to provide parking validation. Not only did we have to pay $15 for parking but we also had to pay $2 per person for the shuttle back to the lot. As a local, I will not be wasting money on parking and shuttles again."

"Buttercup had a Dr's appointment in Newport Beach and I spotted Flower Child as we were exiting McArthur and new we had to eat there after the appointment. After reviewing the menu we both wanted the same thing the Mother Earth. Ancient grains, sweet potato, portobello mushroom, avocado, cucumber, broccoli pesto, charred onion, leafy greens, red pepper miso vinaigrette, hemp seed with Tofu as the protien. We called in our order and were told 10 minutes wow I love how fast it was. When I picked up the food I was greeted by a very friendly staff and was just blown away by all the fresh ingredients that were being prepped, like the tomatoes were beautiful! She asked me if I wanted a drink or anything else, i declined she processed my payment and as she was doing so I immediately regretted this decision, there on the table behind her was Rose petal Lemonade!!! I knew I had to have this, and told expressed my sorry for not seeing it sooner. I gave her back my card and ordered the drink, and she told me don't worry I got you. That made my day, and created a loyal customer who will return. The lemonade was sweet and I am glad I just got 1 to share, but it was so good! We get home and our bowls are beautiful, portions are generous but not over the top. There was a good proportion of grains, avocado in relation to the tofu and greens etc. For my tastes the grains or something was little salty, but Buttercup didn't feel the same. "The staff at Mastro 's is always top notch. Notably, our server (Erika) was appropriately attentive and helpful. Everything from the steaks to the side dishes were done very well, as usual. We are never disappointed with the steaks. The 'only ' exception was the asparagus, which was a bit fibrous. We would have been happy with the tips, which eliminates much of the fibrous lower stalk, but I understand customers tend to want the full stalk. On the positive side, the halibut was thick and perfectly seared. Some of the best halibut we 've ever had, as it can be difficult to cook such a delicate fish. The wild mushrooms in truffle butter and garlic mashed potatoes were also very good. We really enjoy visiting Mastro 's and will certainly be back again."
