The restaurant has declined since the previous manager left a few months ago. The new management lacks customer service skills and is a sharp contrast to the previous manager who was friendly and attentive. This place has lost its charm.

I rushed in to get coffee and a bagel before heading to the airport yesterday morning. It was a little busy there. The young man at the counter who helped me was very good at his job and had a wonderful attitude and friendly demeanor. The food and coffeewas perfect, too! I'll be back to relax in the dining room when I'm back in the area again. Thank you!
