"Cottage Inn is widely known to be expensive relative to other pizza chains but we?ve liked the product in the past. In advance of a gathering with people expecting to eat at 5:00, we placed our order at noon. On arriving at the store at 4:50, we were told ?sorry, we?ve been getting a lot of orders; your order won?t be done for another 35 minutes. I understand that things happen, but decent service dictates that you at least call the customer; offer a price reduction, or something, for screwing up a party?s order after the customer went to the trouble of ordering five hours ahead of time."

First time at this location. I needed a perfect pizza tonight, and boy did they deliver. One of the best pies I?ve had in awhile. Great job!

Pizza had a good taste, but was not ready when promised, probably because it was a busy Friday night. Had to wait about twenty minutes when the pizza was expected.

Cottage Inn is one of our go-to places for pizza. The pizza is great. Nice quality for the price. The toppings are real and not this fake over-processed stuff the cheap places use. There are usually coupons for Cottage Inn. I would recommend getting on their email list to have the daily coupons sent to you. They treat us well and make it a great experience when you visit. They also have a loyalty program which you can redeem points for products. This place is a top 2 pizza place for us. Breadsticks are also really good. I recommend this place a lot!!
