"We have always enjoyed dining at this Cotton Patch location, but our recent experience has changed our minds. The staff was very rude and unprofessional, addressing customers as "bro" or "bruh" and laughing in a customer's face while serving overcooked rolls, chicken tenders, chicken fried steak, underbaked squash, and unmashed potatoes. Despite the rudeness of the waitresses, we chose not to ask for new food because we feared the same treatment. Only 4 tables were in use, yet our drinks were not refilled promptly as the waitresses were sitting at another table on their phones and making fun of customers. Great food excellent service. Sweet waitress. A little before 5:00. Not full. Food did not take extremely long to arrive after order. There were 4 of us. Food was hot the deep fried mushrooms are the best. Great job

Eat lunch with friends and enjoyed the atmosphere and conversation we all had. The waitress was attentive and the food was good. I got the chicken fried steak in the lunch menu. A friend ordered some fried green tomatoes and they were delicious.
