"My friends and I met here to share our Christmas gifts. Perfect place to enjoy our time together. We were able to shop while we were waiting for our table. The hostess was very polite. We sat and almost immediately was a waiter with menus with us. Shortly afterwards we set our orders. The place is clean, great atmosphere, home type of space, lots of clean decor to check while sitting and waiting, but of course we had a lot of entertainment between the ladies to keep us busy. In a timely matter, our drinks and our bread came to us. Shortly after, our food came. Was hot and delicious. The chicken broccoli was absolutely delicious and so delicate! My pages, green beans and beet green were cook...

New layout CBOCK on I-35 Waco. Conveniently located halfway to your destination. Very clean. The staff is well trained, friendly and polite. The food is as good as ever. Tea continues to pour. The store is equipped with many goodies. Clothing, souvenirs, collector's items, fragrances and soaps, greeting and birthday cards, music, candies, many memories. The facilities are clean, fresh, kept in stock. You feel like visiting Grandma. I think she's in the kitchen somewhere. Have fun.

The best breakfast I had in a while. I took the special of the grandmother and it was just a great experience. I had her cookies with various items. I have to try her maple syrup and the meat and hash brown were just too good. Fresh, crisp and went very well with the hot sauce. My server, I think her name is Madeleine, was great! We had a great conversation and she visited everything I needed, even wondering if I needed something to go like my coffee and the water (that was after the bill btw). It was real and very friendly! Besides this great atmosphere and would definitely visit again!

"Both salads—the house salad and the Caesar—were delicious, though they were quite standard in flavor. The prime tenderloin was cooked to perfection with a pleasing peppered and salted crust, accompanied by pickled red wine reduction onions and béarnaise sauce. The lobster risotto, while perfectly prepared, had an overpowering seafood taste, and the white wine in it wasn't reduced enough. On the other hand, the lobster mac and cheese was rich and delightful. The crème brûlée was decent, but nothing exceptional. Overall, this steakhouse is definitely worth a visit if you're in Waco!"

"This is my “GO TOO” place...and they never fail. ??It may not look like much from the outside, BUT INCREDIBLE always fresh, home-made real Mexican food made with love and care. I’ve tried EVERYTHING: lunch, dinner, and dessert! I’ve sent many people here -this is some of our favorites:-FLAN is perfect. ?(they sell out fast Tres Leche on point. ?-Chips perfection/Salsa on point/Guacamole perfect.-NOPALES DIP?(difficult to find-ask for it Stuffed Poblano Peppers-filled w/goodness-thin outside done just right ALL SAUCES are JUST RIGHT-flavor is incredible.-Classic Green Chile Chicken Enchiladas, beans, rice.-ALL different crispy/soft TACOS, BURRITOS-meat and ingredients always fresh-never greasy. "UPDATE There were a few more times. Beer selection is always great. Pizza is amazing. I even tried a salad! Great place and I look forward to more visits. I have to try Slow Rise Slice House for the first time, and I have to say I'm impressed. The pizza in the slice was delicious, the funnel cakeries were great. The best part? You've tapped. Delicious food and great service at the bar. I'm going back! Thanks for the great experience."

"This was a trifecta for us, 1st time to visit, our 1st breakfast in our new home town and our 1st family event in our new home town. We 'll the Irish luck seemed to once again happen. When we walked in no waiting immediate setting but by the time we left a line was beginning to form. There was a service hiccup, 1.they sit us next to the window, although they had the sun blocker screens down you could feel the heat so we asked if we could move and this is when it happened. The Host came over and asked for our drink order because she said the waitress was talking orders from a table with multiple guest. 2. The Host got the drink order wrong, 3 waters, 1 coffee 2 large Orange Juice, but we got 3 waters and 2 coffees. Then the table that took our first table, got their order taken first. The redemption came from the very tasteful and good food. So there was 3 of us. I got the jumbo 3 egg omelet with double sausage with cheese, spinach and mushrooms. It came with extra lots of yummy choices. I had a large OJ and I added a fruit cup. The ladies got the French Toast dish. It was crunchy and gooey your choice of egg and meat. Now the wife got a side order of biscuit and gravy. She said the biscuit was crunchy on the outside and soft in the inside . Im told the pot roast is killer, so Ill be back again for that.
