"The restaurant was very busy the day we went, so we expected our food to be a while. The waitress was really nice and brought out some biscuits and apple butter as an appetizer. The service was good, the food was not so good. We both ordered the glazed chicken with bacon. The chicken was burnt and the bacon was raw. The glaze was good. The sides of carrots and hash brown casserole were cold. I didn't look at the bill until we were paying it and noticed they charged us .50 each for 2 little soufle cups of apple butter. I asked the lady who was checking us out about it and wow, she was very very rude and said that it says it on the menu and it wasn't anything new. I said they never charged us...

I hadn't been to a cracker barrel for many years. I ordered the chicken and dumplings carrots and corn bread. The portion of food served was hugh. I took the extra food carrots and corn bread home. My friend had the scrimp and beef tips. She didn't enjoy at all. The scrimp had a pepper coating. The beef tips were chewy. She was very disappointed. It was an expensive dinner that tasted nasty. The chicken and dumplings were a better choice It was a busy time and a 30 minute wait for a table.

What a cluster ! Of. Place, and does cracker barrel train managers to be rude nasty?. Order food wait almost an hour past time not that busy). Food ice cold, manager what do you expect during a busy time um if you can not put out a quality product then quit taking orders! So even thou half our food was missing what does she do ? Yep comp a dinner! Yea. I 'll go back for more nasty people terrible food.. no I 'll dispute the charge gift the comp 'd dinner to an enemy.. And the metal shaving baked in the biscuit that cut my wife 's lip, manager of the year could careless brushed it off like i put it there!!! Wow wow wow.. Wake up CRACKER Barrel Wake UP!!

"I have been a loyal customer of this restaurant since the 90s. The service used to be consistently good, but my most recent order through Grubhub was disappointing. "We just had a fantastic sushi experience at Youngs. Really fresh, well crafted and beautifully presented. The crunchy roll is worth coming back for. Service at the bar was super friendly and efficient. Add a bottle of Sayuri and it was a really perfect lunch date."

"First, let me begin by saying before the reconstruction, I agree with many others that the line looked very overwhelming for the passage, but surprisingly it was clipped quite fast. However, I was always satisfied here, today the first time I came back after they were opened again was terrible. I don't know who designed the new passage, but it's horrible, especially, I was in line for 20 minutes, but the worst part isn't out that you're trapped, there's a cure there are a number of surveys as soon as you're in line, there's not out, so on my lunch I hardly get back to work at the time And I didn't eat everything. You can't have a passage you know is always busy and have no way out for people to surpass it. The person before me had to lift up and I couldn't get around him because he had to wait for his order because there's nowhere to go because there's pole and they have about a car length for people who need to pull up and wait a few more for their order to get out, they can't get around them. I can't see how someone would design that where people can't get out, especially their busiest time during lunch or people need to get back to work. Hopefully nobody breaks the car in this line. What a waste of money it was so much better before I never go back to my lunch hour, why they thought that all stuffed in was a good idea about me is sure someone would have thought that just don't understand"
