"My birthday dinner was last night and I love sushi. We decided to try Sushi ushi instead of our "regular" place in North Tampa after we moved to Gibsonton. We decided late, but they were open until 10:00. The staff was friendly and the food came faster, then we expected, perhaps because the restaurant was not packed at that time. The cook, without knowing that it was my birthday, has provided us a free sushi sample appetizer. There were 4 in my party and we were not 100% sure what we wanted, but chose a mix of sushi and rolls. The sushi was fresh and delicious. The roles we first order (we have ordered a second round) were more of our recognized roles of Tempura Bagel, Aal, and one I cannot remember the name. All right. I think the name of the other one was Hawaii Roll? It was simply amazed with the mango on it and each person had the same reason reaction on it. We sealed the deal and ordered another one. This time we have the Hawaiian, crab Rangoon, Tempura Bagel and explosion roll. The explosion was equally impressive and a must again. Even if we get the bagel until the cook cut again and clad it differently. It was a small thing that could be overlooked, but definitely was an intimate and personal feeling. The Rangoon wasn't the way you got a buffet! It was 1000 times better. The food is great and we're going back today. Defiantly have a new favorite restaurant and much closer to home! I recommend and refer to anyone looking for good sushi!"

"Finally found my spot for clam chowder!! We ordered calamari, chowder, snapper with the Felix, and jambalaya. The only thing that wasn't amazing was the jambalaya-it was decent but not something we'd order again. The Felix add on was everything. Chowder is the best I've had in the Tampa area and the service was fantastic! I wish I could remember our server's name, but it was the guy with dark hair and glasses. We'll definitely be back. "We had the all-you-can-eat Thursday special and an oyster/scallop combo. Shrimp, mahi, clam strips and everything was great. Service was great and prices were reasonable. I'm surprised I didn't find out about this off-the-beaten path hidden gem earlier. It has been here for years and there's no question why it has lasted."

"The food is so good. I love Indian cuisine and it's hard to come by in this area. I was disappointed that they don't offer saag dishes but it could be due to saag not being specific to this region of Indian cuisine. My hubby and I order the goat biryani wrapped in the banana leaves and OMG, sooooo delicious. We also like to get the parrota bread. If they weren't 30 min away from us we'd probably go broke with the amount of times we'd order from here if they were closer."
