"This restaurant is not suitable for non-meat eaters. Although they offer Portobello options, I ordered one and was disappointed when the chef cooked my mushrooms on the grill without informing me beforehand. I would have preferred them raw. Additionally, $17 for a meatless salad seems overpriced. When we ordered, we didn't mention take-out, so the crispy fries that were supposed to be on top of the salad were thrown in the bottom of the container. Overall, if you enjoy meat, give this place a try. But for me, I won't be returning."

I am a very selective eater, but I absolutely loved this restaurant. It may be a hidden gem, but it's truly amazing. I highly recommend it, especially if you enjoy hot sandwiches. It's the best!

The service at this restaurant was very slow. It took 35 minutes to make 2 chicken sandwiches, and 2 customers who arrived after us received their food before us. The food was average and the fries were pretty good. It could have received a higher rating if the service had been better.

His assistance in choosing a meal from the menu was exceptional and I was thoroughly impressed. He greeted me with a warm welcome and helped me decide on my order. This worker truly contributes to making this restaurant one of the top businesses on Union Turnpike. I am grateful for his help and can't thank him enough for the wonderful service.
