We placed the carry out order online, timing it so it gave them plenty of time to prepare the single, small pizza, yet when we arrived, they hadn't even started it and we had to wait an additional 20 minutes. No apologies, coupons, refunds or discounts were offered for are already paid for item. We just had to wait. I've visited the branch in Clarkson and have ALWAYS been impressed with the quality and service so this was very surprising and disappointing. Plus, the Clarkson location has the garlic bread!

Be careful with payment they charged my CC twice it took TWO Business for theowner to reach out and pay me via Zelle! I got nothing for the grief and trouble for them taking almost 50 dollars from account.Stay away there are plenty of Coney islands around plus their soup was terrible chicken tortilla and clam chowder!! "We arrived at this spot for dinner. we heard about this restaurant from a lot of people. Well, it was a winning. The staff were very polite and we had a fantastic feeling. The food was just great. We enjoyed every moment and we shall definitely come back again. We recommend this place to all."

"We decided to go to Nara for Valentine's Day, last minute. They are usually not open on Monday, but this was an exception by vacation. We arrived and as soon as we went into the door, we were warmly welcomed and I got a long stem rose, Awesome!! The host staff was so friendly and showed us on our Hibachi table. The room is beautiful and has a wonderful atmosphere! Our server Jacob took beverage orders with several suggestions (I couldn't decide). He was amazing, extremely efficient and made our order process easy. Jacob is clearly a professional and top notch. The food was extraordinary! Overall, this was such a great experience and an unexpected last-minute treatment. We will be back!!!"
