"I had a great experience at this restaurant. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. We were seated promptly and ordered the Crab Cakes as an appetizer, which were large and cooked perfectly. The Cobb salad that I ordered was huge and tasty, although I needed to add some pepper to enhance the flavor. For dessert, we tried the fudge brownie pie, which was a big brownie with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and caramel sauce on top. Overall, we had a wonderful dinner with fantastic service."

happy hour 3:30 6:30 o'clock. an oyster on special for $1.75 each. kiwis from New Zealand. at least 6 other oyster selections for each $3. yum. many others.

"We went on Saturday 09/23 for our 20 year anniversary dinner. What a mistake this was. The waiter told us he had 24 years of experience at the restaurant. I dreaded him from the moment we sat down. We wanted a nice bottle of red asked if the restaurant had a Somali as he was giving us attitude zero knowledge of wine. Not long after we placed our order appetisers and main. He asked if we wanted the chocolate soufflé. Our 12 yr old is a chocolate addict so we knew this would take at least 20-30 minutes so we placed the order early on. After serving wine I asked if get had any special drinks for kids. He said nothing apart from sodas or lemonade then he said Shirley temple. My son who is ultra healthy drinks sparking water with lime asked what was a Shirley temple l. The waiter responded don't you know? Moving on onto ordering for me as I am a foodie I asked it's a toss up between the swordfish/John dory. Well jerk I was not asking what John Dory is I asked about how the two dishes lineup. Anyhow I ended up telling him we do not see eye to eye and basically I don't like his attitude. Towards the end the soufflé came and after our mains we had intentions of ordering other desserts but because he did not check I was done. On our way out I told the bald guy who I have now learnt is the owner was ultra dismissive. I don't know how anyone who is a foodie thinks this is an ok restaurant let alone mediocre. If you are a foodie you know service and quality lacking in both areas. The WAITER told us he had 24 years experience. He can stick his 24 years where it belongs."

"I’ve always loved Pete’s service however yesterday’s experience was awful to say the least. The woman making the drinks a bigger set white woman wearing a bandana treated me so rudely and quite honestly I felt that I was treated differently because I’m Latina the other customers were treated nicely and were white. It’s so disheartening to live in a world where I’m treated differently because of my skin color and ethnicity. Hope Pete’s does better."

"This Urbane Cafe was a relaxed ordering experience. Placed my order, visited Trader Joe?s across the parking lot, and got my order all in less than 30 minutes. A great location for getting it all done, organizing dinner, and groceries in a short period of time. All Urbane locations seem to have a slightly different menus, but they are all good. "I recently visited Mendocino Farms in Burbank after a late evening flight into the airport and was pleasantly surprised by the delightful experience. From the moment I stepped in, the warm and friendly staff made me feel welcome.My favorite dish of the night was the Avocado Quinoa Superfood Ensalada. The combination of fresh ingredients, the flavorful quinoa, and the amazing dressing was simply divine. I'd come back to Mendocino Farms just for this salad alone!As the evening progressed, I noticed the staff starting to clean up, but when I asked for to-go containers so I could tailgate and enjoy my meal elsewhere, they were extremely accommodating.
