"The parking and entrance at this restaurant are terrible. Upon entering, the atmosphere is dirty and the staff is extremely unfriendly. They even put their fingers inside the drink glasses before serving them. When I requested a clean glass, they gave me a dirty look. The hot fudge sundae I ordered was supposed to be medium-sized, but it turned out to be as small as a small sundae ordered by someone ahead of me. The lady at the counter claimed she had given me a large, which was clearly not true. This establishment needs a completely new staff, not just more training. Food was great! Staff could have been friendlier... I also work in food service and completely understand being busy. However, that doesn't mean that customer service skills should be put on the back burner.

On April 12, 2022, I ordered a cheeseburger combo at this restaurant. Unfortunately, the burger was served cold and tasted completely uncooked. I am disappointed because I work hard for my money and cannot afford to purchase uncooked food. I plan on returning to the restaurant to request a refund as soon as possible. This experience was very upsetting.

The customer service at this restaurant is awful. I called and requested to speak to a manager because for the second time, they forgot to include a blizzard in our meal combo. The employee argued with me and called me a liar before hanging up on me. I tried calling back multiple times but no one answered. I used to spend a decent amount of money here each week, but not anymore!
