Milk is a fantastic place to grab a quick bite to eat. The staff work hard and it's great to see them smiling in the window! Everyone has off days and working in a fast-paced environment can be tough. It takes a great team to handle busy times. This Dairy Queen is definitely one of my favorite food places nearby. Keep up the good work! P.S. It's no big deal if they make a small mistake, they always fix it. We're all human and mistakes happen. I once gave a $40 order away for free when I was starting out in the food industry. It was stressful, but I learned from it. Just be friendly and patient, Dairy Queen can make everyone better. #teamwork

When I go to DQ i always order a turtle pecan cluster blizzard with extra pecans. I've ordered one at this place before and had no issues. Until now, i go there again order the same thing and DQ is known for flipping over the blizzards ...they don't flip the blizzard over instead just hand it to me. It was a water like consistency...I couldn't believe they even handed that to me. I wanted a blizzard not melted ice cream. There were a few ways they could have addressed the situation but you could tell they didn't care about thier job and what it stood for or the customers.
